1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour, travel package, or any other service offered by Your Company Name  agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the booking.


2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made via our official website, email, or authorized travel agents.

  • A minimum deposit of [insert % or amount] is required to secure a booking. Full payment must be received no later than [insert number] days before the departure date.

  • Bookings made within [insert number] days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the amount to another available tour.


5. Changes to Booking

  • Any request to amend a booking must be made in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Travel Insurance

  • It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost luggage.

  • It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have a valid
