Inspired by traditional Bahamian architecture, Albany's Club Villas are designed around sparkling private courtyard pools and gardens. Ranging from 3,815 to more than 4,888 square feet, the Club Villas feature open kitchens and are all distinctively decorated and fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. The Club Villas are conveniently located near the resort community's full service pool and beach amenities including kid's water park and several restaurants.

Albany offers a collection of custom homes as part of the resort program. Ranging from five to eight bedrooms, these residences offer the largest living and outdoor spaces available, complete with well-appointed furnishings and fixtures.

Encircling Albany Marina, these luxurious apartments showcase both modern and classic profiles with expansive floor plans ranging from two to six bedrooms with movie theaters, private swimming pools, and unmatched views of the ocean. The two-bedroom residences provide over 1,400 square feet of living space, while the larger residences span more than 8,000 square feet.

Situated directly on the beach with uninterrupted ocean views, Albany’s Beachfront Villas span approximately 3,400 square feet and feature four bedrooms. Located around the resort’s beachside amenities, these two-story Beachfront Villas feature full kitchens and offer coastal surroundings, tropical courtyard gardens and backyard beach access. A select number of Beachfront Villas have private pools.

The Oceanview Villas at Albany span up to 6,400 square feet, with three levels of living space and a rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. Built with the main gathering areas on the top floors, the Oceanview Villas feature an expansive kitchen and dining room on the third floor to take advantage of the ocean views. Each Oceanview Villa has an elevator.
