Each of our open-concept Original Farmhouse King Junior Suites features a double-sided gas-burning fireplace - the perfect place for an evening nightcap after a day of coastal pursuits. Located on the second floor of the Main House, these 420 sq. ft. suites encapsulate New England elegance with plenty of space to spread out. Each one enjoys a gas-burning fireplace, and a large marble and granite bathroom with a jetted tub.

A separate exterior entrance leads to our largest suite, which measures 620 sq. ft., and is situated adjacent to the Original Farmhouse. A large sitting area with cozy gas-burning fireplace, oversized marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and private porch epitomize relaxed coastal living.

Recently reimagined, our open-concept contemporary suites are finished in a soothing color palette inspired by ocean and sand that celebrates the essence of coastal Maine. these newly-designed 420 sq. ft. suites are tucked away in May's Annex. A plush sitting area surrounds a gas-burning fireplace.

May’s Cottage is a free-standing cottage located just across the Main Inn, situated in the garden area near the pool. This restored cottage features a king sized bed, a closet with a built-in stone countertop, a flat screen television, a gas fireplace, all new windows and doors, and a new, very spacious, very bright bathroom featuring dual shower surrounded by glass, stone top vanity, and an electric heated floor.
