    • Energy Efficiency: With over 320 days of sun, we've have solar panels to produce 50% of the energy used by the hotel, greatly reducing fossil fuels consumption.
    • Waste Composting: We process organic waste through composting generating humus and compost that we use in our vineyard and vegetable garden.
    • Water reuse: We're the first lodge in Mendoza to reuse greywater from basins, showers, and bathtubs. The water is treated on-site and used for landscape irrigation
