- The resort is fully equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms installed across guest rooms and public areas. A security alarm system is also in place to ensure rapid response in the event of an emergency.

- CCTV surveillance operates in all common areas and around the exterior of the property, supported by 24-hour on-site security.

Access Control

- Guest rooms are secured with key card access.

Wellness-Focused Resort Policies

- To maintain a tranquil and health-focused environment, Zulal is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public areas and is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas. Our team will be pleased to assist guests with directions if required.

- In alignment with our wellness philosophy, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the resort. Guests are invited to enjoy our thoughtfully curated dining experiences, featuring nutritionally balanced menus designed to support individual wellness journeys.

Spa & Wellness Standards

- Our Health & Wellness Centre is staffed by highly trained and certified therapists. In accordance with state guidelines and cultural considerations, Zulal practices same-gender therapist assignments for all treatments, ensuring guest comfort and respect.

Guest Information & Check-in Policy

- For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort of their expected arrival time in advance, either via the Special Requests box at booking or by contacting the property directly using the details provided in the confirmation.
